  Always a great experience when I visit! 99%of the time my order is fast and spot on. On the rare occasion that a drink is "off" it is replaced and corrected with a smile and an apology. The staff is bubbly and personable, the cafe is always clean no well stocked with sugar cream and accessories, the food case always looks stunning, and the service is always fast. This is THE Palatine store most definitely!
