  Great service. Allan stepped in and helped us out at a difficult time. I have to admit, I am not the easiest person to get in touch with all the time. But we worked through all of our questions and he is willing to help us find the light at the end. Great service and we will use him again.

  From the very first time I spoke to him about doing my taxes he's been very rude ! Acted like I was an inconvenience when asking questions and even responded once with, " do you have a brain ". My question was what am I legally allowed to write off. This is my first year as a truck driver and filing 1099. He also tried to charge me 700$, well I found someone who not only treated me with respect, but explained everything to me and gave me a larger list of things to write off then Allen. Best part is it was 500$ cheaper!! I strongly advise anyone to look past this person and find somebody else for your buisness. In response to his reply, not only was he NEVER polite but it's hard to cooperate with somebody who doesn't give good instructions and second why would I make promises to the person doing my taxes? He's the one supposed to be working for me and making me promises. Which he said he would file my extension so I could try and save the rediculous 700$ charge and he forgot. Now I'm left paying fines and penalties because of him. Trust this review or don't, i just hate to see anyone experience what I did. I have a few family members who used him this year also and they have all said they had similar thoughts and will no longer use his services !
