  I was especially surprised and impressed with my whole visit, beginning with the greeting, the ordering process, and the very friendly, approachable banter. An elderly couple followed me, and were given just as much consideration. It was a very unusual experience for a fast-food restaurant. Oh, and the value and the food was also very good.

  I had heard that Arby's had all the meats, and MAN, they were not kidding! They literally, LITERALLY, have ALL of them. PLUS, the super nice staff replaced my friend's food when someone else (Larry) accidentally ate his order to boot. We couldn't ring the "good service bell" enough times to express our gratitude. Normally I would dock a star for the Horsey sauce bag being disconnected from the dispenser, preventing little cups of horsey love action, but they had plenty of packets so WE GOOD!!!
