  Great knowledgeable service, many different certificates on the wall in service which is nice to see if you want something fixed, after seeing all the certifications and just knowing that your items will be professionally taken care of and back to you is what everyone should look forward to coming here. The service desk guys and well as the shop guys are friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing and just because it may take a few extra days to get something done does not bother me in fact it tells me that they are good at what they do and I shouldn’t have to worry about it being right. Thanks for the awesome service and friendly smiles. A+++

  Don't go here trust me the worst experience ever I still can't sleep they robbed me with out a gun. They charged me 80 dollars to tell me what's wrong with my Kawasaki engine and at the end all they said was that the warranty wasn't going to cover it because there was very little dust in the fliter canals. I told them that the engine itself when new and you cut one house or two the canals get dust and dirt in them regardless through the filter even if you clean them often or put new one everyday but they said no. That no dust is suppose to be inside the machine. Obviously they never have cut grass before or cut over leaves in the fall the engines are made for these type of environments so eventually some type of dust is going to get in them. At the end they didn't even tell me how much it would cost to fix it or what exactly is wrong with it they said I had to pay more money for more information. This is the worst customer service ever. If I was u I'll Go to Russo power equipment they treat you like family there or the Scag store 4 store down!!
