  I've shopped at two locations of Berland's House of Tools. Each of them had very knowledgeable staff that offered help. The selection is great. There are tools for the hommaker and contacter.

  Great selection of tools. Very high priced and Honorable customer service. The only store I have ever shopped where even with the receipt and a un opened item that you try to return the next day you have to get store credit. So after walking around the store for an hour spent my store $60.00 credit on stupid stuff i really didn't. need. however while walking the store found a lot of tools I wanted to buy. Went home a few clicks of the mouse ordered them Free shipping 1/3 less the price. and 100 percent better customer service. Will not be returning unless to window shop and maybe see the tool up close before I order from a retailer that respects there customers!!!
