  I do not agree with the low reviews on here. Since the Clayson has taken over any issue I have is quickly addressed and they have made some gorgeous changes to the complex. All of my gripes with the old owners no longer exist under the Clayson. We have been here for several years and this is clearly the best time to live here. They take great care of us. It seems unfair to blame the Clayson for the previous owners errors. I'm impressed with the level the Clayson has gone to to fix the previous owner's mistakes.

  Recently I called maintenance in the morning and Vince (maintenance guy) was there that same afternoon. He was really nice about taking off his shoes to keep the carpet clean and he fixed almost everything right away and he did a really good job of getting it fixed. He also did a good job with following up on items that he could not fix which I appreciate, because he’s making sure that it does get fixed soon. I really like all of the improvements that the Clayson has made. I have been here for several years and I really like the new changes. It was amazing when we had a lot of snow a couple of weeks ago that there were several maintenance guys helping to shovel tenets cars out of the snow. I’ve never seen that before at any apartment complex.
