  Drove 20 miles to dealership to see a used SUV. Said it was there and it would be waiting for me when I arrived. Waited 25 minutes at Grossinger for SUV to materialize. When I inquired, the manager said it sold 15 minutes ago. Wasted my time. I would appreciate an honest answer that they don't know when it sold. Honesty and integrity keep customers coming back. Was a return customer but no more.
