  The worst service department ever. I bought my car in for a simple easy issue well over a month ago. Was then rudely refused service because I didn’t have Hyundai wiper blades on my car and had aftermarket. First off seriously who would by the cheap Hyundai blades that honesty when I had them on my car only lasted a few months. I then left and called the dealer to make a complaint. Spoke to Nicole who said she’s management and would relay the message to the proper person and if receive a call back. Hours later no call. I then called back spoke to Tobin or whatever his name was who stated he was a manager gave my complaint he seemed to care less and stated he drives a $75k Hyundai and never replaced the wiper blades since he’s been driving it. Who cares that had nothing to do with my issue. He then told me he would relay the message to the service manager and have him contact me Monday since it’s Saturday and they were about to close. Well it’s been over a month and no call. These clowns don’t care about customer service and only care about making the sale. Go elsewhere there are better dealers out there that do care about you and your vehicle. If you want to be dealt with clowns go here if you want to be dealt with professionals go elsewhere.
