  We used the Palatine Metro Storage for 10 years. Upon leaving our unit was filled with tons of mouse droppings. When I asked the management they denied it and pretended they didn't have a problem & asked if I found a live mouse. I am sure the mice scurried out of the unit once we were all in the unit moving things. I asked if there was anything they could offer since our stuff stunk from mouse droppings. I asked if they would cover a couch cleaning of $150 - they refused and said I should use a homeowner claim. Such a disappointment after so many years of paying them.
  I do not recommend them based on the mouse issue.
