  I had an awful experience here getting my prescription glasses done. After 3 weeks of wait I got my glasses, and since wearing them I was experiencing headaches, eye strain, blurred vision etc. I went back and checked with them, they examined the glasses and said it is fitted properly according the the doctors prescription and asked me to check with my doctors office and they could not help. My doctor was kind enough to do my refraction again and examined the glasses as well and confirmed the prescription is correct but the glasses are wrongly done. The Optic Center of the glasses are too low than it should be. I came back and now they agreed that the OC is low and will fix that. Not sure how they missed that in the first place even though they took my measurements and also did not acknowledge the problem until my doctor confirmed it. Waited for another 3 weeks and called them, they said the frame broke in the lab and they have ordered for another frame. Again waited for another 3 weeks and checked with them, they said the frame was not in stock, backdated order etc. and asked me to wait again. Finally after 2-3 months of wait finally got my glasses. Worst part is they did not even offer me a compliment for all that wait and hassle I went through. Never felt valued as a customer getting a $500 + glasses done with them.
