  I needed a locksmith to pick out a key that snapped inside it's lock at our business on a Saturday. Instead of treating me with any professionalism or customer service, the owner downplayed me as an idiot and gave me a run around on available time. He should have told me straightforward that he didn't want my business, or he just couldn't do the job. I called Henning locksmiths in Palatine, and their 24 hour service came out in 4 hrs. Henning gave me several options on the repair and took care my business that day. Precision lost to Henning for a big paying job that morning. Too bad, Precision Lock & Safe needs a lesson in customer service etiquette.
