  We had an incident over the weekend where our air conditioner wasn't working correctly and had pushed water through the wall into our front foyer. We called the company who immediately deployed Robert and his team at ServDry who came within the hour on MEMORIAL DAY to dry us out. Robert himself and Alex came to our house, set up industrial grade fans and dehumidifiers, pulled out our base boards and began drying things out. Robert also took it on as his personal mission to make sure an 8 year old stain in our carpet (wine and Dr. Pepper that spilled in the same night) was removed when they came to get the dryers a few days later. He texted me for availability and sent Josh to our house who was there when he said he would be at 930, he came in, got the equipment and proceeded to remove the stain and clean the high traffic area in our living room. For reference I have had Service Master out in the past twice in the last few years and the stain has remained. Robert is set to come back this afternoon to put the baseboard back on. I am amazed at their quality customer service, impeccable communication and commitment to service. Its a dying art you don't see anymore with companies. I STRONGLY recommend them to anyone needing water damage repair or carpet cleaning. Quality from beginning to end!
