  This is one of the worst storage facilities you will find. When I moved in in April, 2017, the first three days my door would not open properly and in the midst of moving a lot of heavy boxes I had to continually struggle getting the door open and closed. Finally, three days later they fixed it. Then on three separate occasions after it rained, there was an area inside my shed that had a lot of water. I had to redo a couple of boxes that were very wet on the bottom. So that is now four separate times that this facility was at fault and caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration. Later, because of car trouble, my money was tight and I happened to be a week late
  on my payment. I asked the manager, Jim, if he could waive the late fee due to all the trouble their facility caused me. He would not budge an inch, so I had to pay a $29 late fee( which is way to high in the first place. I know other storage places that only charge a $15 late fee). I wasn't asking for a free month rent due to these difficulties, which even then, would have been legitimate. I just wanted the late fee waived. Simply Self Storage caused me a lot of frustration and then refused to take responsibility for their incompetence. They absolutely do not give a damn about their customers in any way.
