  I come to this place at least once a month. The deal of getting all you can eat made-to-order sushi buffet for $20 can't be beat if you intend to consume 5 to 6 rolls in one sitting. Their spicy tuna and salmon rolls are the best I've ever had, and I've tried a multitude of sushi places. The fish also tastes fresher and more flavorful than at other sushi buffets. I can't explain it; maybe it's the freezing process they use, or lack thereof. I would even say the sushi themselves are better than Todai, which used to be my favorite sushi place before it closed down. They do charge for unfinished sushi, but that's to be expected if they make it from scratch for every order.
