  I stopped in to get my tire checked. It took 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me standing by the front desk. I was told that it will take 15 min to have him look at my flat tire in the trunk. Guy who told me that is making phone calls and taking care of daily business activities while I am standing and looking at him. I understand that you have to make your phone calls and talk to you clients, but maybe you should take 5 min and help a client who is in front of you. I will spend my money somewhere else. Thanks
